History

The Lofts at The Drew are located on the second level of the Drew Building @ 39 W Main St in Downtown Mesa.

The Drew building was built in 1920 by the Drew family, who owned a nearby lumber yard. The loft spaces were originally offices; until the building was later renovated in the 1940s to residential Lofts. The entire building was renovated to near original condition in the 1970s.

Later in the mid-2000s The lofts were renovated once again and converted into extended stay hotel rooms that were fully furnished, targeting the traveling businessmen coming through town; where it acquired its current name “The Lofts @ The Drew”.

Several years later; the extended stay hotel lofts saw their demise and were returned to extended living loft units. In 2013; the lofts were yet again upgraded to their current condition, making repairs and some much needed TLC.

Thank you for taking time to visit us online; information on our units can be found on this page.
