Is there Wifi?
No, there is no public WiFi in the building, Each unit may purchase their own internet through CenturyLink.
How do I get my mail?
There are no private mailboxes on the premises. We suggest a PO Box at the local Post Office for personal mail. There is a public mailbox that receives mail at the building.
How does laundry work?
2 Washers and Dryers are provided free of charge for TENANT USE ONLY. Tenants may be charged a fee if found allowing non-tenant use. You are responsible for your own detergent, softener, dryer sheets, etc. Lint trap cleaning is the responsibility of the Tenants.
